Requirements

Tasks

  • Lead and organize the local workshop team
  • Manage four to six workshop employees
  • Act as the primary contact for workshop customers
  • Coordinate between the workshop and other departments
  • Sell used G-Class and off-road vehicles
  • Create cost estimates for repairs and custom off-road conversions
  • Optimize workshop processes and ensure profitable capacity utilization
  • Ensure timely completion of work and adherence to quality standards
  • Maintain all required workshop documentation
  • Process insurance claims and warranty applications
