Supervising construction HSE activities, ensuring compliance with German regulations and project plans. At least 3 years of site HSE management experience in German EPCI environments required. Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- At least 3 years Site HSE Management experience
- German EPCI work environment experience
- Onshore and Offshore Construction and Installation activities experience
- Technical Degree (engineering)
- SigeKo certificate
- FaSi certificate
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 series standard
- Qualified as lead auditor (plus)
- Strong leadership skills
- Team player skills
- People management skills
- Influencing skills
- Organizational skills
- High PC literacy
- Proficient German skills (C1 or higher)
- Proficient English skills (C1 or higher)
- Driver license
- Used to work in international and multicultural environment
- Familiarity with HAZID methodology
- Familiarity with the International Maritime Organization ISM Code (plus)
Tasks
- Coordinate and supervise construction HSE activities
- Ensure compliance with Prysmian HSE MS, client, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate Prysmian and subcontractors’ site activities
- Ensure compliance with Project HSE Plan, SiGePlan, and German regulatory framework
- Ensure HSE activities align with German laws and regulations
- Assist Project HSE Managers in risk management
- Facilitate accident and incident investigations
- Analyze accident and incident statistics
- Identify trends and suggest improvement plans
- Conduct internal and external HSE audits
- Develop and perform project safety training and induction
- Contribute to Prysmian safety behavioral initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate HSE Plan effectiveness
- Propose improvement actions
- Perform Site HSE inspections
- Create and follow up on inspection reports
- Collect Safety Observation Cards
- Collect required HSE KPIs for German projects
- Ensure proper waste management
- Segregate, collect, and report waste
