- 8 years manufacturing accounting/finance experience
- Previous multi-site manufacturing Controller experience
- Good written and spoken English skills
Tasks
- Provide leadership, oversight, and direction to the business
- Manage accounting, compliance, SOX, and audits
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and policies
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting
- Develop 3-year strategy planning and annual budgets
- Partner with the Plant Manager on ad-hoc tasks
- Inform leadership of financial implications for business decisions
- Coordinate strategy planning with Commercial, Engineering, and Operations
- Present long-term financials to Industrial Components leadership
- Lead the budget process and establish financial targets
- Direct the monthly forecasting process
- Oversee the monthly close process
- Manage and improve internal controls and procedures
- Assist with the monthly SIOP process
- Ensure compliance with HGB, GAAP, and SOX standards
- Maintain fiduciary P&L responsibility for a $60 million operation
- Train non-financial leaders in financial concepts
- Provide lead financial support for plant projects
- Guide plant leadership in understanding product line profitability
- Hold teams accountable for financial results
- Improve financial analysis
