• MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 8 years manufacturing accounting/finance experience
• Previous multi-site manufacturing Controller experience
• Good written and spoken English skills

Tasks

• Provide leadership, oversight, and direction to the business
• Manage accounting, compliance, SOX, and audits
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and policies
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting
• Develop 3-year strategy planning and annual budgets
• Partner with the Plant Manager on ad-hoc tasks
• Inform leadership of financial implications for business decisions
• Coordinate strategy planning with Commercial, Engineering, and Operations
• Present long-term financials to Industrial Components leadership
• Lead the budget process and establish financial targets
• Direct the monthly forecasting process
• Oversee the monthly close process
• Manage and improve internal controls and procedures
• Assist with the monthly SIOP process
• Ensure compliance with HGB, GAAP, and SOX standards
• Maintain fiduciary P&L responsibility for a $60 million operation
• Train non-financial leaders in financial concepts
• Provide lead financial support for plant projects
• Guide plant leadership in understanding product line profitability
• Hold teams accountable for financial results
• Improve financial analysis
