Requirements

- Excellent communication skills and collaboration ability

Tasks
- Define the long-term vision for simulator control stations
- Translate customer needs into system specifications and acceptance criteria
- Shape the technical roadmap with system and software engineers
- Break down requirements into tasks and milestones
- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Balance new features, technical improvements, and customer feedback
- Drive the development of user-centric, high-performance UIs with Qt/QML
- Align design with usability and architectural integrity
- Perform risk management by identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within budget and scope
- Manage collaboration with external suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on progress and challenges
- Keep stakeholders informed of customer feedback
