Tasks

  • •Lead and coordinate the development of the simulator's core modules
  • •Simulate satellite and system-of-systems positions and orientations
  • •Model the observed environment, including atmospheric effects
  • •Represent geometric, spectral, and radiometric sensor behavior
  • •Ingest and correct sensor data with instrument-specific compensations
  • •Execute image-processing algorithms to extract mission-relevant information
  • •Drive the creation of technical concepts and requirements for the simulator
  • •Manage and prioritize software engineering tasks and backlog
  • •Ensure effective information flow between the software team and stakeholders
  • •Monitor and control technical progress, schedule, cost, and quality
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate software-product and project risks
  • •Lead the evaluation of changes impacting project scope, budget, or timeline
  • •Prepare, organize, and lead technical and milestone reviews
