- Coordinate closely with the central headquarters department
- Collaborate with facility, health, and security stakeholders
- Maintain and improve the ISO 45001 management system
- Standardize decentralized processes and define department interfaces
- Conduct effectiveness controls and document safety processes
- Update risk assessments for flexible office environments
- Analyze questionnaires regarding mental and physical stress
- Advise on workstation and workflow design
- Support safety for construction projects and events
- Manage occupational health for external companies and studios
- Develop innovative training materials for facility management
- Conduct safety audits of technical infrastructure
- Design and implement safety awareness campaigns
- Train managers and employees on occupational safety
- Ensure legally compliant handling of health and safety
- Analyze processes to integrate safety into operations
- Perform accident analyses and suggest preventive measures
- Advise on the procurement of work equipment
- Support the implementation of new safety tools
