  • Deploy standard tools and methodologies for best practices
  • Build training programs and toolkits for shopper insights
  • Lead and inspire local Shopper Insights Managers/Experts
  • Establish meta-learnings and best practices
  • Act as Shopper Insights lead at Schwartau location
  • Design and deliver shopper research and insights
