Requirements

- General knowledge of written English

- Class B driver's license
- Current legal authorization to work immediately in Germany
Tasks
- Prepare customs and export declarations for international shipments
- Prepare dangerous goods declarations according to IATA, IMO, and ADR regulations
- Pack goods according to regulations
- Track shipments and maintain contact with freight forwarders and customers
- Handle external communication with freight forwarders and customs authorities
- Manage internal communication with international sales stations
- Check goods for completeness and compliance with packaging regulations
- Pack and seal shipments, ensuring compliance with dangerous goods labeling
- Participate in on-call service for urgent orders with additional compensation
