Description

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding a team of technicians, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned for each shift. Your responsibilities will include developing operational plans, managing deployments, and mentoring the team while maintaining high safety and performance standards.

Requirements

• •Proven leadership experience in offshore wind turbine operations
• •Multiple years of hands-on experience as a service technician, preferably on Vestas V80 turbines
• •Valid NEN 3140 and NEN 3840 certifications
• •Valid GWO certificates and medical clearance, or willingness to obtain them quickly
• •VCA-VOL certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• •Valid Class B driver’s license
• •Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
• •Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• •Problem-solving mindset with experience managing complex tasks in challenging offshore environments

Tasks

• •Develop annual operational plans and shift schedules
• •Manage and approve deployment of work teams and equipment
• •Lead daily toolbox meetings
• •Create work orders and issue work permits
• •Ensure quality of offshore work meets safety and performance standards
• •Maintain close cooperation with the customer
• •Deliver efficient, high-quality, and timely services
• •Mentor and support team members to enhance skills and productivity
• •Monitor and report work progress to the client
• •Participate in offshore operations to verify quality and efficiency
• •Support troubleshooting and operational challenges
