- •Extensive ServiceNow administration and development experience
- •Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes and ServiceNow
- •Experience with ServiceNow cloud environment
- •Experience with Agile/Scrum and teamwork
- •BA/BS degree and specialized experience
- •TESA Eligibility
- •CompTIA Security+ certification
- •Active DoD Secret clearance
- •ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CAD certification
- •Experience with ITOM, Discovery, or CMDB
- •Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management module
- •Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks
- •Experience with cloud migrations

- •Oversee daily operations to ensure platform reliability and security
- •Develop new capabilities, integrations, and workflow automations
- •Advise government stakeholders on scalable platform solutions
- •Manage configuration, documentation, and governance practices
- •Troubleshoot complex technical issues with onsite expert teams
- •Contribute to modernization strategies and enterprise architecture
- •Perform advanced environment maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning
- •Build custom applications and scripts using DoD frameworks
- •Manage platform security, access controls, and data policies
- •Optimize ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules
- •Lead testing and deployment for new platform releases
- •Mentor junior administrators on best practices and policies
- •Gather requirements and deliver technical briefings to customers
