Tasks
- Perform maintenance and service on engines and turbochargers
- Process claims, troubleshoot issues, and handle warranties
- Coordinate commissioning and service work with project managers, sales, and customers
- Analyze faults and propose technical solutions
- Handle warranty claims, including root cause analysis and damage assessment
- Provide technical support to customers as needed
- Manage complex field service activities according to company policies
- Collaborate actively in the daily operations of the Technical Service
