Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent qualifications gained through experience
- Solid experience in similar role within international service organization in wind or offshore industry
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Ability to lead other leaders
- Good business skills, customer-focused, solution-oriented, continuous-improvement mindset
- Financial insight and full P&L responsibility, understanding of key financial figures and KPIs
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate others
- Ability to Think Big, anticipate, and plan ahead
- Full ownership of issues until solution identified and implemented
- Great communication skills, commercial and strategic mindset
- Experience with change and conflict management
- Good stakeholder management skills, positive, solution-focused attitude, understanding and meeting customer needs

Tasks
- Oversee delivery of all Service Contract activities
- Lead and develop the service team
- Ensure effective business management
- Lead Service Managers across wind farms
- Ensure optimal conditions for team guidance
- Create a safe and well work environment
- Advance development goals
- Attract, retain, and develop staff
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders
- Implement, maintain, and update HSE policies
- Deliver high-quality customer experience
- Promote cohesive strategy for customers and operations
- Create high-quality delivery through strategies
- Manage regional P&L performance
- Manage KPIs, turnover, and budgets
- Make investment proposals for Service Offshore
- Safeguard resource, process, and procedure deployment
- Increase operational and financial efficiency
- Stay informed about wind and sustainable energy market developments
