Requirements

• •Completed technical or business administration studies
• •Several years of professional experience in purchasing environment, ideally in automotive or manufacturing industry
• •Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• •Strong communication skills and resilience
• •Very good English skills and willingness to travel
• •3+ years of professional experience

Tasks

• •Monitor costs and prices for series changes in assigned product groups
• •Handle administrative tasks related to series changes
• •Manage material shortages to prevent production stoppages
• •Conduct root cause analysis and negotiate with suppliers during shortages
• •Define and monitor short-term measures for material shortages
• •Create project schedules for supplier relocations
• •Supervise equipment relocation from old suppliers
• •Support new suppliers during the commissioning of relocated equipment
• •Manage internal processes for relocation implementation
• •Estimate effort and costs for relocations
• •Participate in process optimizations and improve workflows
• •Perform administrative tasks within series purchasing
