- 5+ years experience in fast-paced, cross-functional military staff environment
- Experience designing, building, administering Microsoft SharePoint solutions
- Knowledge of staff processes and operational planning cycles
- Ability to manage and facilitate high-level meetings and working groups
- Ability to brief senior leaders
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Special Access Programs or Sensitive Technical Operations
- Experience with multi-domain classified IT infrastructure
- Experience with data visualization tools (Maven Smart System, OneBrief, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in a joint or inter-agency environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Security investigation eligibility for classified information access; TS/SCI clearance required
