  • •Monitoring sowie Incident- und Problemmanagement im 2nd-/3rd-Level durchführen
  • •Patch-, Update- und Backup-Management inklusive Restore-Tests durchführen
  • •Security- und Hardening-Maßnahmen umsetzen
  • •Betriebsdokumentationen erstellen und pflegen
  • •Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen unterstützen (PowerShell)
