As a Senior Visual Merchandising Project Manager, you will lead the development and execution of visual merchandising concepts, ensuring that brand identity shines through in-store. This role involves managing projects, coordinating with teams, and optimizing processes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• •Strong project management skills
• •Experience in budget planning, cost control, and supplier negotiation
• •Experience in managing POS Instore Communication tools and strategies
• •Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven personality
• •Experience in project documentation, reporting and quality assurance processes
• •Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in German and English
• •Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Asana and Google Suite

Tasks

• •Manage multiple visual merchandising projects end-to-end
• •Own project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• •Lead budget management and cost optimization
• •Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing
• •Drive the full lifecycle of point-of-sale solutions and print materials
• •Coordinate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
• •Provide regular status updates to management
• •Ensure smooth visual merchandising rollouts across stores
• •Develop scalable concepts for future locations
• •Continuously improve processes and operational efficiency
