In this role, you will shape the visual merchandising strategy for men's collections, ensuring a compelling in-store experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing market trends, and leading a dedicated team to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or equal-level study in a related field
• •8+ years of VM experience and leadership/management roles in fashion retail
• •Proven track record across performance, people, and projects
• •Leadership and management skills
• •Analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication skills, proficient in business English
• •Interpersonal skills for building strong relationships
• •Knowledge of fashion retail trends and market dynamics
• •Flexibility to travel when needed
• •Proficient knowledge of Microsoft and/or InDesign programs

Tasks

• •Drive the Men VM strategy and in-store journey
• •Manage concepts to reflect range architecture principles
• •Deliver a seasonal VM work stream calendar
• •Collaborate with matrix functions to align VM strategy
• •Identify seasonal market trends and conduct competitor analysis
• •Drive sales growth and conversion with a commercial VM mindset
• •Present a balance of newness, outfitting, and category dominance
• •Convey affordability, value, modernity, and style
• •Accountable for all VM direction and guidelines
• •Partner with Product Head and Lead roles for merchandise presentation
• •Create and deliver consistent VM guidelines for market execution
• •Manage cross-functional teams to drive in-store seasonal journeys
• •Analyze business performance and adjust VM direction as needed
• •Manage and support the specialist team with clear goals
• •Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
• •Lead by example and promote a customer-centric focus
