- •Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- •Strong influencing abilities and vendor management experience
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Influence vendors to enhance customer experience and reduce costs
- •Provide feedback on existing programs and create new initiatives
- •Review promotional results and adjust strategies as needed
- •Create a vendor marketing plan to maximize margins and customer experience
- •Identify vendor issues and direct the team to resolve them
- •Act as an escalation point for conflict resolution
- •Audit metrics and evaluate products to improve customer experience
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable solutions
- •Partner with teams to propose annual plans for vendors
- •Lead cross-functional projects and engage stakeholders
- •Ensure robust process documentation is maintained
