- Facilitate business value workshops
- Identify process enhancement opportunities with Celonis
- Qualify process enhancement opportunities
- Derive improvement measures in core business functions
- Initiate improvement actions
- Drive enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Present results to senior management
- Present realized value to senior management
- Manage end-to-end customer value journey
- Drive customer adoption
- Drive customer expansion
- Drive customer renewal
- Build strategic expansion roadmap for customers
- Embed Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform
- Provide product feedback to development teams
- Enhance Celonis platform based on new use cases
