- Design and present compelling demos, workshops, and proof-of-value scenarios
- Quantify customer value by identifying efficiency gains, risk reduction, and migration acceleration
- Provide technical and functional guidance in customer meetings and RFP responses
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and services to reflect customer feedback
- Contribute to reusable presales assets like demo scripts, value frameworks, and migration playbooks
