- Lead Checkly product design.
- Drive the design vision.
- Shape the end-to-end platform experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Guide design decisions for user experience and interface.
- Prototype in code when needed.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers on implementation.
- Shape design vision for new features.
- Contribute to features from exploration to iteration.
- Engage with support, customer success, and users.
- Understand customer problems.
- Co-develop and maintain the design system with Engineering.
- Ensure design system scalability, accessibility, and performance.
- Champion high UI/UX and developer experience standards.
- Balance tradeoffs pragmatically.
- Utilize AI tools for design generation and iteration.
- Leverage AI for prototyping and code writing.
- Push boundaries of AI-assisted design.

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
