  • •Advanced Figma proficiency and design systems experience
  • •Experience in usability testing and user validation
  • •Understanding of accessibility and user-centred design
  • •Experience in cross-functional and cross-regional teams
  • •Proactivity, detail-orientation, and ownership of quality
