- •Commercial background in banking, credit insurance, or industrial corporate environment
- •Professional experience in credit or treasury management
- •Experience in international context or company ideally
- •Fluent written and spoken English skills
- •German skills as an advantage
- •Strong analytical capabilities
- •Clear and confident communication skills
- •High level of teamwork and assertiveness
- •Flexibility and personal commitment
- •Excellent MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint

- •Develop credit management policies and processes
- •Implement receivables management structures
- •Manage documentary payment processes with international banks
- •Structure and oversee receivables sales and factoring
- •Manage ABS programs and trade finance solutions
- •Partner with credit insurers and insurance brokers
- •Collaborate with factoring companies and internal stakeholders
