- Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering

- Expertise in transformer design for power electronics
- Understanding of thermal and mechanical transformer design
- Knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes

Tasks
- Provide technical guidance for transformer sourcing
- Prepare accurate technical bids and tender documents
- Perform technical comparisons between different transformer suppliers
- Support engineering with transformer specification reviews
- Review complex transformer analyses and thermal evaluations
- Provide technical advice to factories based on calculations
- Offer expert support during active part inspections
- Conduct and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests
- Lead transformer design review meetings
- Troubleshoot transformer issues and interpret DGA results
- Recommend service actions and post-mortem analyses
- Conduct feasibility studies for R&D projects
- Propose transformer designs for high-current applications
- Present transformer expertise during customer meetings
- Lead product demonstrations highlighting performance and reliability
- Evaluate and mitigate transformer integration risks
- Support supplier qualification and development
