  • •Proven experience delivering reorganization, transformation or integration initiatives
  • •Strong structuring and analytical skills
  • •Experience leading in matrix organizations without formal authority
  • •Strong knowledge of modern project delivery approaches (agile, hybrid or classical)
  • •Excellent communication skills in English at senior management level
