Requirements

- Hands-on familiarity or strategic oversight experience with ITOM platforms
- Experience with AIOps platforms and use cases
- Familiarity with sovereign cloud offerings from major hyperscalers or European alternatives
- Experience working in regulated financial services or insurance environment
- Background in enterprise-wide technology governance, IT risk, or architecture review board participation
- Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
- Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution
Tasks
- Define and steer cloud technology strategy
- Define data center and infrastructure foundations strategy
- Own definition of cloud principles, standards, and guardrails
- Shape sovereign cloud approach
- Embed regulatory compliance in cloud architecture
- Embed data residency requirements in cloud architecture
- Embed strategic independence in cloud architecture
- Act as principal technology and architecture authority for cloud
- Act as principal technology and architecture authority for IT infrastructure
- Align solution architecture and delivery teams
- Establish standards for solution architecture and delivery teams
- Implement governance for solution architecture and delivery teams
- Create heatmaps for technology transformation
- Create roadmaps for technology transformation
- Create KPIs for technology transformation
- Structure global technology transformation
- Include cloud dimensions in transformation
- Include operational maturity dimensions in transformation
- Conduct research on prospective technologies
- Analyze prospective technologies
- Coordinate case studies for new capabilities
- Coordinate pilots for new capabilities
- Trial new capabilities as defined in roadmap
- Partner with business subject-matter experts
