- Professional cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Expert Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
- Hands-on familiarity or strategic oversight experience with ITOM platforms
- Experience with AIOps platforms and use cases
- Familiarity with sovereign cloud offerings from major hyperscalers or European alternatives
- Experience working in regulated financial services or insurance environment
- Background in enterprise-wide technology governance, IT risk, or architecture review board participation
- Previous experience in insurance or asset management business functions, consulting, digital / tech is a plus
- Experience applying ChatGPT, Generative AI, and Ethical AI solution
Tasks
- Shape global technology strategy for cloud and infrastructure
- Define principles, standards, and guardrails for technology implementation
- Ensure regulatory compliance and data residency in cloud architecture
- Act as authority for cloud and IT infrastructure strategy
- Align with solution architecture and delivery teams on standards
- Create heatmaps, roadmaps, and KPIs for technology transformation
- Conduct research and analyze prospective technologies
- Coordinate case studies and pilots for new capabilities
- Translate business requirements into technological vision
- Prepare and deliver technology briefings to senior leadership
- Drive adoption of technical standards and architecture methodologies
- Travel for meetings and technical reviews
