Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related scientific discipline
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience delivering technical demonstrations and customer training
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project and priority management in dynamic commercial environment
  • Deep technical knowledge of HPLC systems, applications, and portfolio
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer requirements
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities
  • Mandatory proficiency in German; required proficiency in English
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel 50–75% within assigned territory
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move equipment

Tasks

  • Serve as technical expert for HPLC products

  • Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations

  • Support sales opportunities from lead generation to closing
