- •Master’s degree in engineering, physics, or comparable field
- •Deep expertise in high-voltage battery systems
- •3+ years of technical customer-facing experience
- •Experience in RFI/RFQ or HV battery engineering
- •Strong stakeholder coordination and solution-orientation
- •Background in automotive, truck, or off-highway sectors
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •High willingness to travel
- •Perfect German and excellent English skills
- •Team spirit and joy of discovery
- •Adaptability and positive attitude toward change
- •Ability to work with high voltage equipment

- •Manage inquiries and resolve technical issues during sales
- •Conduct feasibility studies and requirement analyses
- •Perform cost assessments and timeline evaluations
- •Coordinate product adaptations and variant management
- •Align technical specifications for battery platform integration
- •Collaborate with engineering on customized product solutions
- •Provide market feedback to Product Management and Engineering
- •Deliver technical trainings and documentation
- •Oversee the delivery and tracking of sample parts
