Tasks
- Lead strategy for high-scale infrastructure
- Focus on Authentication, Security, and FaaS
- Oversee development of secure, scalable architectural components
- Ensure core platform handles billions of interactions reliably
- Collaborate with Engineering and stakeholders
- Transform technical requirements into security and integration solutions
- Develop clear product vision and strategy for Core Messaging
- Align product vision with company goals and strategic advancements
- Define and prioritize product features based on feedback and research
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmap
- Outline key milestones, dependencies, and timelines
- Work with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success
- Drive execution of platform improvements
- Champion platform-first approach
- Ensure high availability, low latency, and efficient message processing
- Conduct ongoing research on large-scale messaging and AI-driven routing
- Identify emerging trends and competitive insights
- Engage with enterprise customers and partners
- Gather insights on performance bottlenecks and pain points
- Translate feedback into actionable product improvements
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Develop go-to-market strategies
- Ensure seamless adoption of new platform features
- Define key performance indicators and metrics
- Measure effectiveness of Messaging capabilities
- Optimize performance, reduce latencies, and improve message delivery accuracy
- Stay informed about advancements in distributed messaging systems
- Share insights to drive platform innovation
