Requirements

  • Proven experience in Technical Product Management, ideally in AI, RPA, or Business Process Automation
  • Strong technical depth in automation architecture, scripts, low-code, AI/LLM approaches; familiarity with agent-based frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Make.com, Bolt, Lovable, Replit, N8N, Python, or similar technologies
  • Strong business acumen, cost-per-unit metrics, ROI, payback periods, scalability
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, expectation management, stakeholder trade-off explanation, junior team coaching
