Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in fast-paced environment (e.g. Consulting/Product/Partnership teams in start-ups)
  • Working knowledge of APIs and integration technologies, or strong technical acumen and ability to grasp new technologies quickly
  • Ability to build strong commercial and technical relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Strong data analytics skills to derive valuable insights for business decisions
  • Effective cross-functional project management and collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive bug/mistake identification and fixing

Tasks

  • Provide technical consultation during product implementation
  • Ensure certification standards are met
  • Support and grow a portfolio of leading transport operators
  • Define and execute commercial growth initiatives
  • Define and execute technical growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders on integrations
  • Coordinate with internal product teams
  • Coordinate with internal business development teams
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams
  • Conceptualize operational processes for automation
  • Implement operational processes and tooling
  • Build relationships to enhance product engagement
  • Guide development of core product offerings
  • Increase brand stickiness
