Requirements

  • Working-level English language knowledge (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Strategic technology thinking and experience defining/realizing strategy
  • Forward-thinking with excellent analytics, planning, and delivery skills
  • Computer science degree, related professional training/certification, or comparable education
  • Experience with complex IT systems (virtualization, high availability) in global environments
  • Experience in Windows Server, Linux Server, vSphere, Veeam, Cloud technologies, Active Directory, Entra
  • Basic knowledge in networking technologies
  • Interest in enhancing experience in modern IT infrastructures
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and service mentality
  • Flexible team player with good self-organization
  • High self-motivation and goal-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel

Tasks

  • Develop vision and strategy for datacentre and cloud infrastructure
  • Design hybrid-infrastructure architecture and technology standards
  • Ensure compliance with IT strategy, policies, and standards
  • Drive and own datacenter and cloud strategy activities
  • Lead research and evaluation of new technology opportunities
  • Coordinate with peers and ICT division sections
  • Ensure solutions comply with TroGroup and industry security requirements
  • Plan, design, install, and maintain datacenter and cloud infrastructure
  • Review and approve documentation and validate introduced technology
  • Provide proactive 2nd-level support and advice
  • Coordinate 3rd-level support
