Senior Technical Account Manager(m/w/x)
Technical support and product deep-dives for SaaS app/game publisher tools. API, database, and SQL experience required. 3 core office days, flexible hours.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Customer Support or Account Management
- Experience with APIs, databases, SDKs, logging tools (e.g. Kibana), and SQL knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and relationship building
- Comfortable with international working environment and excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with SaaS/B2B products or knowledge of mobile marketing and analytics (tracking, attribution) is a plus
- Strong willingness to dive deep into Adtech is highly valued
Tasks
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Provide effective technical support
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Offer technical solutions and recommendations
- Deep-dive into product and business
- Collect customer feedback and requirements
- Forward technical issues to internal teams
- Facilitate timely resolutions
- Build strong customer and partner relationships
- Understand customer needs
- Identify process improvement areas
- Collaborate on process enhancements
- Enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Document technical issues and resolutions
