Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- •5+ years of experience in Product Management with a minimum of 3+ years focused on B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software
- •Prior experience with Sprinklr or a similar enterprise CX/CRM platform
- •Experience defining product development for customer care or contact center technologies
- •Ability to develop and execute a compelling product strategy and roadmap
- •Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- •Proven ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
- •Deep familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
- •Ability to synthesize complex business goals into clear product deliverables
- •Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- •Outstanding ability to present complex information and product vision to senior leadership
