Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of the customer care platform by defining its strategy, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring successful product launches while focusing on user needs and market trends.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• •5+ years of experience in Product Management with a minimum of 3+ years focused on B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software
• •Prior experience with Sprinklr or a similar enterprise CX/CRM platform
• •Experience defining product development for customer care or contact center technologies
• •Ability to develop and execute a compelling product strategy and roadmap
• •Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• •Proven ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
• •Deep familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
• •Ability to synthesize complex business goals into clear product deliverables
• •Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• •Outstanding ability to present complex information and product vision to senior leadership
