Description

In this role, you will ensure the Group's tax compliance and reporting is accurate and timely while managing relationships with external advisors. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing tax calculations, mentoring your team, and staying updated on international tax legislation.

Requirements

• •ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification
• •Wealth of experience in tax compliance and tax accounting
• •Working knowledge of ASC 740 and/or IAS 12
• •Excellent leadership and team management skills
• •Ability to prioritise in dynamic and demanding environment
• •Excellent knowledge and strong experience with Microsoft Excel
• •Detail oriented with strong technical and analytical skills
• •Experience working with SAP is advantageous
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Tasks

• •Ensure accurate and timely tax compliance and reporting
• •Develop an understanding of the Group's business activities and tax impacts
• •Manage preparation and review of direct and indirect tax return filings
• •Oversee periodic tax payment requirements in collaboration with external advisors
• •Maintain relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities
• •Lead and mentor the tax team to foster a culture of excellence
• •Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assess their impact
• •Manage preparation and review of quarterly tax calculations for corporate and deferred tax
• •Prepare annual tax calculations and financial statement disclosures
• •Collaborate with Finance team members and external advisors
