In this role, you will take the lead in building Almedia's first global Early Careers program, creating a strong employer brand while managing recruitment for internships and entry-level positions. Your days will involve strategic partnerships, event representation, and community-building efforts in the Berlin office.

Requirements

• •Track record of hosting successful events or building employer brand content
• •Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving
• •Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
• •Understanding of Sales, Marketing, or Ops roles

Tasks

• •Architect and execute the global Early Careers program
• •Define the roadmap, targets, and execution plan
• •Create a movement to boost Almedia’s visibility
• •Establish Almedia as the top choice for junior talent
• •Identify and secure partnerships with elite universities
• •Represent Almedia at events and fairs
• •Host high-energy meetups at the Berlin office
• •Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internships and entry-level roles
• •Headhunt the brightest young minds
• •Transform the Berlin office into a community hub
• •Host workshops, open house nights, and networking sessions
• •Use market insights to advise on structuring junior roles
