- 5+ years Systems, Support, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Ansible and Terraform for automation/configuration management
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
- Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, AHV)
- Designing and operating containerized workloads (e.g., Docker)
- Imaging and deployment tools (e.g., FOG, SCCM, Autopilot)
- Expertise in Linux and Windows systems
- Reducing operational toil through automation
- Building or maintaining global infrastructure at scale
- Defining and implementing monitoring, alerting, observability standards
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Using Git for version control
- Operating infrastructure in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- RHCE or RHCSA certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience

- Past studies, experience, and personal relationship with games
- Player empathy and care about player experiences
