Requirements
- Degree in Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
- Solid knowledge of digital/analog electronics

- Strong understanding of system engineering V-model

- Experience with test instrumentation

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Excellent proficiency to write technical documentation in English

Tasks
- Plan and verify system tests following System Engineering requirements
- Ensure full traceability of test activities across the lifecycle
- Develop verification plans, system test plans, test procedures, and test reports
- Create and maintain test benches for feasibility testing and system validation
- Prepare and execute verification and validation campaigns for UAS systems
- Conduct ground and flight test preparation, including instrumentation and safety documentation
- Coordinate system testing and verification at accredited laboratories
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and test standards (EU) 2019/945, EN 4709 series, MILSTD810, MILSTD461, STANAGs 4703, 4866–4868
- Apply industry guidance ARP4754A/B and ARP4761 in development and safety assessment
- Support certification evidence generation and work with authorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent verification strategies
- Mentor and share knowledge within the team
