Senior System of Systems (SoS) Security Manager(m/w/x)

Description

You will lead the cybersecurity framework for complex autonomous driving projects, ensuring seamless risk management and process governance across vehicle, cloud, and system teams.

Requirements

• •Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or comparable technical field
• •Experience in cybersecurity governance, assurance, risk management, or compliance-focused roles
• •Strong understanding of structured assurance approaches and Security Case creation
• •Solid knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, NIST-based processes, and UN ECE R155
• •Confidence in documentation, process governance, reporting, and compliance management
• •Experience introducing or maturing security processes in complex organizations
• •Familiarity with security testing, vulnerability management, or verification results
• •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• •Business-level fluency in English
• •Excitement about the role and MOIA’s mission

Tasks

• •Define security relevance and scope for the SoS
• •Govern and improve the cybersecurity process landscape
• •Oversee planning and execution of security activities
• •Communicate SoS Security Status Reports to stakeholders
• •Compile documentation into a coherent Security Case
• •Document risk decisions and ensure lifecycle-wide traceability
• •Align security activities across teams and domains
• •Advise project teams on security-related matters
