  • Establish robust integration processes

  • Own customer-facing deliverables, including documentation and diagnostic tools
  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for external partners
  • Integrate battery and charging systems across software, hardware, and mechanical designs
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams during integration, testing, and validation
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in the field
  • Work directly with customers to ensure optimal system performance
  • Translate field feedback into recommendations for product improvement
  • Contribute to integration efforts for early-stage prototypes
  • Define best practices for integration and scalability
