Requirements
- University/college degree in engineering or comparable knowledge/skills
- Knowledge of advanced driver assistance systems development
- Over 5 years experience in ADAS feature development
- Experience with development reference models and methodologies (ASPICE or Agile)
- Business fluent English (spoken and written)
- High analytical thinking ability
- Very good organizational and management skills
- Very good communication and motivation skills
- Reliability, commitment, dedication, initiative, flexibility, teamwork
- Driver's license
- Experience with requirements management tools (Polarion, IBM Doors) is an advantage
- Familiarity with functional safety process (ISO 26262)
- Basic knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet)
Tasks
- Design and develop ADAS and autonomous driving features
- Prioritize and plan activities to meet project goals
- Coordinate with clients on feature functions and customer experience
- Lead and prioritize cross-functional teams
- Review and support test plans for owned features
- Supervise feature calibration and tuning
- Approve final features
- Lead customer change request reviews
- Report feature status to project management
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE standards
- Define and document vehicle system features
- Work in an agile environment
