Tasks
- Commission and calibrate complex manufacturing systems
- Support systems at customer sites worldwide
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on equipment
- Develop and document Best Known Methods (BKMs)
- Create troubleshooting guides and service bulletins
- Develop and deliver training materials
- Train Customer Engineers and Technical Product Support teams
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality & Reliability, and Software teams
- Conduct and coordinate reliability tests
- Drive root cause analysis and CAPA processes
- Contribute to technical improvements
- Build and scale global technical knowledge
- Act as a technical multiplier
- Solve problems and build frameworks
- Enable global teams to operate and support systems efficiently
- Play a critical role in scaling knowledge across the organization
