- Customer and solution-oriented thinking
- Excellent English communication (must), German (plus), exceptional presentation and written skills (PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in systems, electrical, computer science or related field
- Energetic, passionate, curious, open-minded, resilient, self-driven
- Willingness to travel (1-2 times per month)
Tasks
- Serve as the onsite technical interface to customers.
- Lead technical proposals for project quotations.
- Perform requirement analysis for proposals.
- Develop system design proposals.
- Study RFI/RFQ documents from customers.
- Analyze and clarify customer requirements.
- Lead and support System Concept Design proposals.
- Coordinate R&D efforts.
- Develop complete system solutions.
- Present Technical Addendums (TA) onsite.
- Clarify customer concerns onsite.
- Follow up on customer technology assessment questions.
- Provide quick and professional service to customers.
- Support customers with feasibility evaluations.
- Plan product technology for strategic customers.
- Serve as the onsite technical window for development projects.
- Support technical feasibility evaluations for development projects.
- Provide technical explanations for development projects.
