Tasks
- Steer the Azure Customer Support team
- Manage day-to-day operations for the support team
- Monitor and report on Azure team performance
- Analyze KPIs and SLAs to initiate mitigation measures
- Coordinate support case handling and quality management
- Resolve complex Azure support cases
- Manage and coordinate customer reported incidents
- Collaborate with technology providers and internal units
- Communicate with customers regarding critical incidents
- Expand and maintain the support knowledge base
- Drive continuous improvement of customer support services
