- •Deep knowledge of supply planning, capacity management, and inventory segmentation
- •Hands-on experience optimizing Procure-to-Pay processes and navigating ERP/Planning systems
- •Proven ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders
- •Proficiency in analyzing forecast inaccuracies and supply chain data
- •Hands-on mindset with strategic vision
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Plan and execute the operational ramp-up for the chilled site
- •Manage the onboarding of 6+ suppliers and 60+ SKUs
- •Own the end-to-end P2P process via HelloConnect
- •Act as a functional lead and mentor for the team
- •Optimize lead times and minimum order quantities (MOQs)
- •Oversee budgeting and performance for the 3PW vendor
- •Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- •Develop comprehensive supply plans aligned with demand forecasts
- •Maintain healthy inventory turnover and safety stock levels
- •Identify supply risks and lead root-cause analysis
- •Execute waste reduction strategies to minimize obsolescence
