Requirements

Tasks
- Support extensions and upsizing of asset-backed securitization programs
- Assist with onboarding new jurisdictions for ABS facilities
- Facilitate new public market transactions
- Lead initiatives to automate ABS processes
- Optimize processes to reduce manual workload
- Collaborate with rating agencies and partner banks
- Engage with external law firms and service providers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in Accounting and Cash Management
- Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Risk, Technology, and FP&A teams
