- Support asset-backed securitization program extensions and upsizing
- Assist in onboarding new jurisdictions for ABS facilities
- Facilitate new public market transactions
- Lead initiatives to automate ABS processes
- Optimize processes to reduce manual workload
- Collaborate with rating agencies and partner banks
- Engage with external law firms and corporate service providers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in Accounting and Cash Management
- Ensure smooth operations with Legal, Tax, and Risk teams
- Work with Technology and Financial Systems, and FP&A
