Requirements

  • •Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • •5+ years of relevant experience in structural analysis within aerospace industry
  • •Advanced proficiency in Altair HyperWorks (HyperMesh, OptiStruct, HyperView) and classical hand calculation methods
  • •Deep knowledge of CS-23 (or CS-25) certification specifications and experience preparing certification reports
  • •Experience with composite materials (CFRP) and metallic materials
  • •Capability of supervising projects and mentoring junior engineers or managing external suppliers
  • •Excellent communication skills in English (C1+); knowledge of German is a strong asset

Tasks

  • •Perform complex structural analyses on aircraft
  • •Lead stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses for components
  • •Plan engineering activities based on defined deliverables
  • •Supervise technical tasks by internal teams and external partners
  • •Prepare and approve stress and fatigue analysis reports
  • •Ensure compliance with CS-23 certification standards
  • •Act as a technical liaison with Design, Aerodynamics, and Manufacturing
  • •Assess production non-conformities and provide structural justifications
