- Leverage AI tools in workflow
- Synthesise complex inputs into narratives
- Create decision papers for C-level and Board
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects
- Ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Translate strategic initiatives into roadmaps
- Develop KPIs and execution plans
- Kick-start implementation and PMO set-up
- Manage intra-Group and external relationships
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication
- Act as trusted sparring partner to CPSO
- Provide insights and recommendations
- Support senior leadership with rigorous analysis
